The Forme lamp has a unique square tiered design with softly rounded corners and is offered with Walnut, Ebonized Walnut or White Oak details, hand-finished Blackened Brass or Satin Brass hardware and a cloth-covered cord. The Forme lampshade echoes the shape of the lamp, square with softly rounded corners, and is available in cream or natural linen. Each lamp is UL listed.
