It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Stone and Sawyer lamp. If for some reason we did not meet your expectations, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase. We offer a 10-day return policy for a full refund, excluding shipping and a $100-per-lamp restocking fee.
If you receive your lamp damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can get you a replacement at no extra charge.
Items must be new and unused, and returned with all original packaging to qualify for a refund. Upon return, your item will be inspected prior to an exchange or refund being issued. We are not responsible for any damage during return shipping, so please carefully pack your item to ensure that it is not damaged during transit. You may wish to purchase additional insurance when returning items to us.
Please call us at 888 502 2800, in advance of shipping, to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 21 days of purchase date.

You may cancel your order for a full refund as long as the item has not shipped or the credit card charged. Please submit any cancellation via email to CancelOrder@stoneandsawyer.com, or call 888 502 2800. Once the item has been charged or shipped, you are responsible for a $35 cancellation fee, and inbound and outbound shipping costs.
Credit for canceled items will be refunded within 10 days after we receive undamaged goods in their original packaging.
Please keep in mind when you order your lamp that our stock fluctuates throughout the day. If we are out of stock, we will make every effort to get your lamps to you as soon as possible. Because we hand produce, the lead-time could be as long as 4 to 6 weeks, however we are usually able to ship sooner.
