We create our Ombre finishes by layering mineral glazes and firing the ceramics numerous times to achieve varied color fields and glaze movement. On this singular Porter pair, the glaze goes from a rich gold and green gloss crackle at the top to a quiet paler satin at the base. The lamps are shown with hand-finished Satin Brass, hand-turned White Oak caps and bases and Belgian Linen shades in Natural.
